In conformitate cu prevederile art. 3 alin.  (2) şi (6) din Legea nr. 387/2003 privind regimul de control al exporturilor de produse şi tehnologii cu dublă utilizare, cu modificările ulterioare,

în temeiul art.  10 alin. (3) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 920/2005 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Agenţiei Naţionale de Control al Exporturilor,

preşedintele Agenţiei Naţionale de Control al Exporturilor emite următorul ordin:

Articol unic. - Se anulează prevederile Ordinului preşedintelui Agenţiei Naţionale de Control al Exporturilor nr. 42/2005 privind aplicarea regimului de control al exporturilor unui produs care nu figurează în listele de control cuprinzând produsele şi tehnologiile cu dublă utilizare, publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 122 din 8 februarie 2005.
