    In conformitate cu prevederile art. 10 alin. (2) din Hotararea Guvernului nr. 497/2003 privind stabilirea conditiilor de introducere pe piata si functionarea aparatelor electrice si electronice din punct de vedere al compatibilitatii electromagnetice, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, si ale Ordinului ministrului economiei si comertului nr. 140/2003 pentru aprobarea unor masuri privind recunoasterea si desemnarea organismelor competente care realizeaza evaluarea conformitatii cu principalele cerinte de protectie a aparatelor din punct de vedere al compatibilitatii electromagnetice,
    in temeiul Hotararii Guvernului nr. 738/2003 privind organizarea si functionarea Ministerului Economiei si Comertului, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare,

    ministrul de stat, ministrul economiei si comertului emite urmatorul ordin:

    Art. 1
    Se aproba Lista cuprinzand organismele competente recunoscute in domeniul compatibilitatii electromagnetice, prevazuta in anexa care face parte integranta din prezentul ordin.
    Art. 2
    Prezentul ordin se publica in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I.
