În baza prevederilor art. 391 din Ordonanţa Guvernului nr. 21/1992 privind protecţia consumatorilor, republicată, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,în temeiul Hotărârii Guvernului nr. 882/2010 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Autorităţii Naţionale pentru Protecţia Consumatorilor,preşedintele Autorităţii Naţionale pentru Protecţia Consumatorilor emite prezentul ordin. Articolul 1Se aprobă suma de 130.000 lei, reprezentând 51,59% din cofinanţarea Centrului European al Consumatorilor România, din cadrul Asociaţiei pentru Protecţia Consumatorilor din România, pe anul 2011. Articolul 2Resursele financiare necesare cofinanţării Centrului European al Consumatorilor România sunt asigurate prin finanţare de la bugetul de stat, prin bugetul Autorităţii Naţionale pentru Protecţia Consumatorilor, capitolul „Autorităţi publice şi acţiuni externe“, titlul X „Alte cheltuieli“, articolul 59.11 „Asociaţii şi fundaţii“. Articolul 3Prezentul ordin se publică în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I. Preşedintele Autorităţii Naţionale pentru Protecţia Consumatorilor, Constantin Cerbulescu
