Având în vedere prevederile art. 11 alin. (4) şi ale art. 12 alin. (4) din Legea nr. 220/2008 pentru stabilirea sistemului de promovare a producerii energiei din surse regenerabile de energie, republicată, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,în temeiul prevederilor art. 9 alin. (1) lit. x) din Ordonanţa de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 33/2007 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Autorităţii Naţionale de Reglementare în Domeniul Energiei, aprobată cu modificări şi completări prin Legea nr. 160/2012,preşedintele Autorităţii Naţionale de Reglementare în Domeniul Energiei emite următorul ordin: Articolul 1Valorile-limită de tranzacţionare a certificatelor verzi pe piaţa de certificate verzi pentru anul 2015 sunt următoarele: a)valoarea minimă de 131,0847 lei/certificat verde (respectiv 29,3971 euro/certificat verde); b)valoarea maximă de 267,0358 lei/certificat verde (respectiv 59,8856 euro/certificat verde). Articolul 2Contravaloarea certificatului verde neachiziţionat de către operatorii economici care au obligaţie anuală de achiziţie de certificate verzi, în cazul neîndeplinirii cotei obligatorii de achiziţie de certificate verzi pentru anul 2015, este de 534,0673 lei/certificat verde neachiziţionat (respectiv 119,7702 euro/certificat verde neachiziţionat). Articolul 3Societatea „Operatorul Pieţei de Energie Electrică şi Gaze Naturale - OPCOM“ - S.A., producătorii de energie electrică din surse regenerabile şi operatorii economici care au obligaţie anuală de achiziţie de certificate verzi duc la îndeplinire prevederile prezentului ordin. Articolul 4Entităţile organizatorice din cadrul Autorităţii Naţionale de Reglementare în Domeniul Energiei urmăresc respectarea prevederilor prezentului ordin. Articolul 5Prezentul ordin se publică în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I. Preşedintele Autorităţii Naţionale de Reglementare în Domeniul Energiei, Niculae Havrileţ
