    In temeiul prevederilor art. 107 alin. (1) si (3) din Constitutia Romaniei si ale art. 1 lit. a) din Legea nr. 142/1996 privind abilitarea Guvernului de a emite ordonante,

    Guvernul Romaniei emite urmatoarea ordonanta:

    ARTICOL UNIC
    Ultima transa din cota platibila la 1 august 1996 din capitalul autorizat al Romaniei la Corporatia Financiara Internationala - C.F.I. -, prevazuta la art. 3 din Legea nr. 11/1992 privind acceptarea de catre Romania a majorarii capitalului sau autorizat la Corporatia Financiara Internationala - C.F.I. -, conform Proiectului de rezolutie "Cresterea generala de capital 1991" al Consiliului Directorilor din C.F.I., se va plati la 1 august 1997.
