La Legea nr. 144/2007 privind infiintarea, organizarea si functionarea Agentiei Nationale de Integritate, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 359 din 25 mai 2007, se face următoarea rectificare (care aparţine emitentului şi Redacţiei „Monitorul Oficial, Partea I"):

- la art. 60 alin. (2), în loc de: „(2) Dispoziţiile privind incompatibilităţi/e prevăzute la art. 80-110 din cap. III, titlul IV, cartea I, cele prevăzute la art. 80- 110 din cap. III, titlul IV, cartea I, precum şi cele prevăzute la art. 115-117 din cap. VII, titlul IV, cartea I din Legea nr. 161/2003......"se va citi: „(2) Dispoziţiile privind incompatibilităţile prevăzute la art. 80- 110 din cap. III, titlul IV, cartea I, precum şi cele prevăzute la art. 115- 117 din cap. VII, titlul IV, cartea I din Legea nr. 161/2003......"
