La Ordinul ministrului dezvoltarii regionale si locuintei si al ministrului finantelor publice nr. 211/701/2009 pentru modificarea si completarea Normelor metodologice de aplicare a Ordonantei Guvernului nr. 46/2007 privind modul de alocare a fondurilor externe nerambursabile si a contributiei publice nationale în bugetul institutiilor implicate în gestionarea si utilizarea acestora, pentru obiectivul „Cooperare teritoriala europeana", aprobate prin Ordinul ministrului dezvoltarii regionale si locuintei si al ministrului finantelor publice nr. 6/136/2009, publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 297 din 6 mai 2009, se face următoarea rectificare (care aparţine Redacţiei „Monitorul Oficial, Partea I"):

- la semnătura pentru ministrul dezvoltării regionale şi locuinţei, în loc de: „secretar de stat"se va citi: „secretar general adjunct".
