    Instructiunile comune ale Ministerului Finantelor si Bancii Nationale a Romaniei nr. 13.333/3/1994, elaborate in baza Hotararii Guvernului nr. 739/1993, anuleaza prevederile Circularei Bancii Nationale a Romaniei nr. 33/1992 privind incasarea in valuta reprezentand indeplinirea formalitatilor vamale la transporturile rutiere si comisioanele percepute de Directia generala a vamilor; de asemenea, se precizeaza ca prevederile Circularei Bancii Nationale a Romaniei nr. 32/1993 privind  modificarea Circularei Bancii Nationale a Romaniei nr. 3/1993 nu sunt aplicabile incasarilor valutare ale institutiilor publice.
    Sumele in valuta incasate de catre institutiile publice din activitatea acestora vor fi virate la rezerva valutara a statului, in conformitate cu prevederile Instructiunilor comune ale Ministerului Finantelor si Bancii Nationale a Romaniei nr. 13.333/3/1994.
