Având în vedere Adresa Autorităţii Naţionale pentru Restituirea Proprietăţilor nr. 2.193/CND din 12 aprilie 2011,în temeiul art. 18 şi 19 din Legea nr. 90/2001 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Guvernului României şi a ministerelor, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,primul-ministru emite prezenta decizie.ARTICOL UNIC Anexa la Decizia primului-ministru nr. 270/2010 pentru constituirea Comitetului interministerial privind procesul de reformare a legislaţiei şi procedurilor din domeniul restituirii proprietăţilor, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 811 din 3 decembrie 2010, se modifică şi se înlocuieşte cu anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta decizie.
