    Consiliul Frontului Salvarii Nationale decreteaza:

    Art. 1
    Incepind cu data de 1 ianuarie 1990 se desfiinteaza cotele de gaze naturale prevazute pentru populatie in scopul incalzirii locuintelor, apei calde menajere si prepararii hranei.
    Pe aceeasi data se stabileste tariful unic de 1 leu/m.c. pentru gazele naturale consumate pentru incalzirea locuintelor, apei calde menajere si prepararea hranei.
    Art. 2
    Se abroga toate reglementarile contrare prevederilor prezentului decret cuprinse in Decretul nr. 240/1982 privind stabilirea unor masuri pentru gospodarirea judicioasa si reducerea, in continuare, a consumului de energie electrica, energie termica, gaze naturale si alti combustibili si in Decretul nr. 272/1987 privind unele masuri pentru rationalizarea consumului de gaze naturale si energie electrica.
    Art. 3
    Ministerul Economiei Nationale si Ministerul Finantelor vor lua masuri pentru a introduce modificarile corespunzatoare in indicatorii economici si financiari pe anul 1990 ai Ministerului Petrolului ca urmare a aplicarii prevederilor prezentului decret-lege.
