privind instituirea "Timbrului cinematografic"

    Consiliul Provizoriu de Uniune Nationala decreteaza:

    Art. 1
    Se instituie, incepind cu data adoptarii prezentului decret-lege, "Timbrul cinematografic" de 0,50 lei.
    Timbrul prevazut la alin. 1 se va aplica pe fiecare bilet vindut la toate spectacolele cinematografice din tara si este inclus in pretul de vinzare al biletului.
    Art. 2
    Centrul National al Cinematografiei va asigura luarea masurilor de aplicare a prezentului decret-lege si, dupa punerea la dispozitia Uniunii cineastilor din Romania a sumelor necesare pentru completarea celorlalte surse statutare de finantare a acestei uniuni in limita a cel mult 50 milioane lei, va varsa diferenta la bugetul de stat.
    Ministerul Finantelor va aloca sumele primite potrivit alin. 1 pentru subventionarea unor actiuni legate de dezvoltarea cinematografiei.
