    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    Alineatul 1 al articolului 5 din Hotararea Guvernului nr. 220/1995 privind organizarea si functionarea Secretariatului de Stat pentru Problemele Revolutionarilor din Decembrie 1989, publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 72 din 20 aprilie 1995, se modifica dupa cum urmeaza:
    "Art. 5
    (1) Conducerea Secretariatului de Stat pentru Problemele Revolutionarilor din Decembrie 1989 se exercita de catre un secretar de stat si de catre un adjunct al acestuia a carui functie este asimilata ca nivel de salarizare cu functia de subsecretar de stat, numiti prin decizia primului-ministru."
    Art. 2
    Anexa la Hotararea Guvernului nr. 220/1995 se inlocuieste cu anexa la prezenta hotarare.
