    In temeiul art. 107 din Constitutia Romaniei si al art. 9 din Legea nr. 33/1994 privind exproprierea pentru cauza de utilitate publica,

    Guvernul Romaniei adopta prezenta hotarare.

    Se numeste Comisia pentru efectuarea cercetarii prealabile in vederea declararii utilitatii publice pentru lucrarea de interes national "Reabilitarea si modernizarea liniei C.F. Craiova - Calafat, componenta a coridorului IV Pan European (Ramura sudica)", in componenta prevazuta in anexa care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.
