    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    Se aproba transmiterea imobilelor, proprietate publica a statului, situate in judetul Tulcea, prevazute in anexa la prezenta hotarare, din administrarea Ministerului Apararii Nationale in administrarea Consiliului Local al Orasului Sulina, judetul Tulcea.
    Art. 2
    Predarea-preluarea imobilelor transmise potrivit art. 1 se face pe baza de protocol incheiat intre partile interesate, in termen de 30 de zile de la data intrarii in vigoare a prezentei hotarari.
