    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    (1) Activitatea de cercetare stiintifica si dezvoltare tehnologica realizata prin unitati specializate, indiferent de forma lor de organizare, nu este supusa platii impozitului pe circulatia marfurilor.
    (2) Activitatea de microproductie realizata in unitatile mentionate la alin. 1 este supusa impozitului pe circulatia marfurilor, potrivit specificului produselor livrate, cu exceptia prototipurilor, modelelor experimentale, standurilor si altor mijloace destinate exclusiv realizarii activitatii  de cercetare stiintifica si dezvoltare tehnologica.
    Art. 2
    Se modifica in mod corespunzator pct. 1 al cap. 12 din anexa nr. 2 la Hotararea Guvernului nr. 1109/1990.
    Art. 3
    Prezenta hotarare intra in vigoare la data de 1 octombrie 1991.
