    In temeiul art. 2 alin. 1 si 2 din Ordonanta Guvernului nr. 13/1995 privind unele masuri de accelerare a procesului de restructurare a regiilor autonome si a societatilor comerciale cu capital majoritar de stat, de intarire a disciplinei financiare si de imbunatatire a decontarilor in economie, aprobata si modificata prin Legea nr. 119/1995,

    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:
