privind aprobarea finantarii unor cheltuieli pentru reparatia si amenajarea unor unitati de asistenta medico-sociale

    In temeiul art. 108 din Constitutie, republicata, al art. 5 alin. (1) lit. d) si alin. (2) din Ordonanta de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 118/1999 privind infiintarea si utilizarea Fondului national de solidaritate, aprobata cu modificari si completari prin Legea nr. 366/2001, cu modificarile ulterioare, si al art. 5 din Ordonanta Guvernului nr. 70/2002 privind administrarea unitatilor sanitare publice de interes judetean si local, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare,

    Guvernul Romaniei adopta prezenta hotarare.

    Art. 1
    (1) Se aproba acordarea sumei de 13.885,0 milioane lei pentru finantarea unor cheltuieli pentru reparatia si amenajarea unor unitati de asistenta medico-sociale.
    (2) Unitatile de asistenta medico-sociale beneficiare si sumele acordate acestora sunt prevazute in anexa care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.
    Art. 2
    (1) Sumele prevazute la art. 1 se asigura din bugetul de stat, prin bugetul Ministerului Muncii, Solidaritatii Sociale si Familiei, in limita creditelor bugetare alocate cu aceasta destinatie si potrivit destinatiilor aprobate.
    (2) Sumele se acorda in transe, pe baza documentelor justificative intocmite de beneficiari, avizate si prezentate de directiile pentru dialog, familie si solidaritate sociala judetene la Ministerul Muncii, Solidaritatii Sociale si Familiei.
    Art. 3
    Sarcina executiei bugetare si controlul modului de utilizare a sumelor alocate revin directiilor pentru dialog, familie si solidaritate sociala judetene in a caror raza teritoriala isi au sediul unitatile de asistenta medico-sociale.
    Art. 4
    Respectarea legislatiei privind achizitiile publice revine unitatilor de asistenta medico-sociale beneficiare.
