pentru completarea Hotararii Guvernului nr. 1.352/2001 privind atestarea domeniului public al judetului Hunedoara, precum si al municipiilor, oraselor si comunelor din judetul Hunedoara

ACT EMIS DE: GUVERNUL ROMANIEI

ACT PUBLICAT IN: MONITORUL OFICIAL  NR. 872 din 23 decembrie 2008



In temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, şi al art. 21 alin. (3) din Legea nr. 213/1998 privind proprietatea publică şi regimul juridic al acesteia, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,

Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.

Art. I. - Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.352/2001 privind atestarea domeniului public al judeţului Hunedoara, precum şi al municipiilor, oraşelor şi comunelor din judeţul Hunedoara, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 634 şi nr. 634 bis din 28 august 2002, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, se completează după cum urmează:

1. La anexa nr. 56 „Inventarul bunurilor care aparţin domeniului public al Comunei Sarmizegetusa", secţiunea I „Bunuri imobile" se completează cu poziţiile nr. 93-95, conform anexei nr. 1.

2. La anexa nr. 63 „Inventarul bunurilor care aparţin domeniului public al Comunei Toteşti", secţiunea I „Bunuri imobile" se completează cu poziţiile nr. 88 şi 89, conform anexei nr. 2.

Art. II. -Anexele nr. 1 şi 2 fac parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.
