În temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, şi al art. 5 alin. (3) şi (4) din Legea nr. 258/2017 privind comparabilitatea comisioanelor aferente conturilor de plăţi, schimbarea conturilor de plăţi şi accesul la conturile de plăţi cu servicii de bază, Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.ARTICOL UNIC În anexa la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 244/2007 privind autorităţile competente responsabile cu aplicarea legislaţiei din domeniul protecţiei consumatorilor şi cooperarea dintre autorităţile naţionale în acest domeniu, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 187 din 19 martie 2007, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, punctul 4 se modifică şi va avea următorul cuprins:
