În temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, şi al art. 21 alin. (3) din Legea nr. 213/1998 privind bunurile proprietate publică, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.ARTICOL UNICHotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.361/2001 privind atestarea domeniului public al judeţului Vaslui, precum şi al municipiilor, oraşelor şi comunelor din judeţul Vaslui, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 633 şi nr. 633 bis din 27 august 2002, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, se modifică şi se completează după cum urmează: 1. La anexa nr. 5 „Inventarul bunurilor care aparţin domeniului public al oraşului Negreşti“, la secţiunea I „Bunuri imobile“ SISTEME DE INFRASTRUCTURĂ PRIVIND ADMINISTRAREA DOMENIULUI PUBLIC, poziţia nr. 28, coloana nr. 2 va avea următorul cuprins: „Centru de Tineret“; coloana nr. 3 va avea următorul cuprins: „Suprafaţă teren - 350 mp, Nr. cadastral 70488/UAT Negreşti, nr. clădiri - 1, suprafaţa desfăşurată - 257 mp, nr. nivele - P, fundaţie - B, pereţi - ZP, acoperiş - TB, starea construcţiei - B, dotări - DA, oraş Negreşti, str. M. Kogălniceanu nr. 6, Vecini: N - secţie vulcanizare, E - Casa de cultură, V - Cămin copii, S - str. M. Kogălniceanu“, iar coloana nr. 5 va avea următorul cuprins: „587.129,23 lei“. 2. La anexa nr. 57 „Inventarul bunurilor care aparţin domeniului public al comunei Rebricea“: a)la secţiunea I „Bunuri imobile“, poziţia nr. 160, coloana nr. 3 va avea următorul cuprins: „Teren situat în locul numit «şes», NC - 70492, tarlaua - 49, parcela - 567/1, suprafaţa - 600 mp“, iar coloana nr. 5 va avea următorul cuprins: „600“. b)la secţiunea I „Bunuri imobile“, după poziţia nr. 231 se introduc trei noi poziţii, poziţiile nr. 232-234, potrivit anexei care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.PRIM-MINISTRU VICTOR-VIOREL PONTA Contrasemnează: Viceprim-ministru, ministrul dezvoltării regionale şi administraţiei publice, Nicolae-Liviu Dragnea
