    In temeiul art. 30 alin. 3 din Regulamentul Senatului,

    Senatul adopta prezenta hotarare.

    Art. 1
    Se aproba componenta nominala a comisiilor permanente ale Senatului, potrivit anexelor nr. I-XIV, care fac parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.
    Art. 2 Hotararea Senatului nr. 41/1992 privind aprobarea componentei nominale a comisiilor permanente ale Senatului, cu modificarile ulterioare, isi inceteaza aplicabilitatea.
