    Senatul adopta prezenta hotarare.

    ARTICOL UNIC
    Componenta nominala a Comisiei de ancheta privind cercetarea conditiilor in care a fost privatizat ROMTELECOM si a consecintelor acestei privatizari in plan economic si al sigurantei nationale, prevazuta in anexa la Hotararea Senatului nr. 21 din 11 octombrie 1999, publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 498 din 15 octombrie 1999, se modifica dupa cum urmeaza:
    - domnul senator Baciu Emilian - Grupul parlamentar al Partidului Romania Mare - se include in componenta comisiei in locul domnului Minzina Ion, care a demisionat din functia de senator.

    Aceasta hotarare a fost adoptata de Senat in sedinta din 12 septembrie 2000, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 74 alin. (2) din Constitutia Romaniei.
