    Parlamentul Romaniei adopta prezenta hotarare.

    Componenta nominala a Comisiei Parlamentului Romaniei pentru Integrare Europeana, aprobata prin Hotararea Parlamentului Romaniei nr. 15/1996, publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 354 din 30 decembrie 1996, cu modificarile ulterioare, se completeaza in sensul ca domnul deputat Tanase Pavel Tavala, apartinand Grupului parlamentar Partidul National Taranesc Crestin Democrat - civic-ecologist, se alege in calitatea de membru al acesteia, in locul devenit vacant ca urmare a decesului deputatului Mircea Mihai Munteanu.

    Aceasta hotarare a fost adoptata de Camera Deputatilor si de Senat in sedinta comuna din 28 octombrie 1998, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 74 alin. (2) din Constitutia Romaniei.
