În temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.ARTICOL UNIC În anexa la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 244/2007 privind autorităţile competente responsabile cu aplicarea legislaţiei din domeniul protecţiei consumatorilor şi cooperarea dintre autorităţile naţionale în acest domeniu, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 187 din 19 martie 2007, cu modificările ulterioare, după poziţia 17 se introduc două noi poziţii, poziţiile 18 şi 19, cu următorul cuprins:

Directiva 2013/11/UE a Parlamentului European şi a Consiliului din 21 mai 2013 privind soluţionarea alternativă a litigiilor în materie de consum şi de modificare a Regulamentului (CE) nr. 2006/2004 şi a Directivei 2009/22/CE (Directiva privind SAL în materie de consum), publicată în Jurnalul Oficial al Uniunii Europene, seria L, nr. 165 din 18 iunie 2013, art. 13 Ordonanţa Guvernului nr. 38/2015 privind soluţionarea alternativă a litigiilor dintre consumatori şi comercianţi, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 654 din 28 august 2015, art. 25 Autoritatea Naţională pentru Protecţia Consumatorilor

Regulamentul (UE) nr. 524/2013 al Parlamentului European şi al Consiliului din 21 mai 2013 privind soluţionarea online a litigiilor în materie de consum şi de modificare a Regulamentului (CE) nr. 2006/2004 şi a Directivei 2009/22/CE (Regulamentul privind SOL în materie de consum), publicat în Jurnalul Oficial al Uniunii Europene, seria L, nr. 165 din 18 iunie 2013, art. 14 Ordonanţa Guvernului nr. 38/2015 privind soluţionarea alternativă a litigiilor dintre consumatori şi comercianţi, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 654 din 28 august 2015, art. 33 Autoritatea Naţională pentru Protecţia Consumatorilor"
