În temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, al art. 867 din Legea nr. 287/2009 privind Codul civil, republicată, şi al art. 20 din Legea nr. 213/1998 privind bunurile proprietate publică, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre. Articolul 1Datele de identificare a imobilului aflat în proprietatea publică a statului şi în administrarea Ministerului Culturii şi Patrimoniului Naţional, număr MFP 150136, se modifică potrivit anexei nr. 1. Articolul 2Se aprobă transmiterea unei părţi din bunul imobil identificat la numărul MFP 150136, aflat în proprietatea publică a statului, din administrarea Ministerului Culturii şi Patrimoniului Naţional în administrarea Teatrului Naţional de Operetă „Ion Dacian“, potrivit în anexei nr. 2. Articolul 3Predarea-preluarea bunului imobil prevăzut la art. 2 se face pe bază de protocol încheiat între părţile interesate, în termen de 30 de zile de la data intrării în vigoare a prezentei hotărâri. Articolul 4La data intrării în vigoare a prezentei hotărâri, anexa nr. 6 la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.705/2006 pentru aprobarea inventarului centralizat al bunurilor din domeniul public al statului, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 1.020 şi 1.020 bis din 21 decembrie 2006, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, se modifică în mod corespunzător. Articolul 5Anexele nr. 1 şi 2 fac parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.
