    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    Se aproba transmiterea imobiliului proprietate publica a statului, compus din constructie si terenul aferent, situat in comuna Balotesti, sectorul agricol Ilfov, identificat potrivit anexei la prezenta hotarare, din administrarea Consiliului Sectorului Agricol Ilfov in administrarea Regiei Autonome "Administratia Patrimoniului Protocolului de Stat".
    Art. 2
    Predarea-preluarea imobilului prevazut la art. 1 se va face prin protocol incheiat in termen de 15 zile de la intrarea in vigoare a prezentei hotarari.
