privind asigurarea si creditarea stocurilor de combustibili pentru iarna 1995-1996

    In baza prevederilor Ordonantei Guvernului nr. 34/1994, aprobata prin Legea nr. 121/1994,

    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    Se autorizeaza Ministerul Finantelor sa emita garantii pentru creditele pe care bancile comerciale le vor acorda Regiei Autonome de Electricitate "Renel", precum si regiilor de interes local si agentilor economici care furnizeaza agent termic la populatie, in scopul constituirii stocurilor de combustibili pentru iarna 1995-1996, in baza "Programului energetic pe anul 1995", dupa cum urmeaza:
    - 100 miliarde lei credit pentru Regia Autonoma de Electricitate "Renel";
    - 50 miliarde lei credit pentru regiile autonome de interes local si agentii economice care furnizeaza agent termic la populatie, nominalizati in anexa care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.
    Art. 2
    Rambursarea creditelor prevazute la art. 1 se va face pana la 30 aprilie 1996.
    Art. 3
    Consiliile judetene si, respectiv, consiliile locale, impreuna cu directiile generale ale finantelor publice si controlului financiar de stat judetene si a municipiului Bucuresti si cu bancile comerciale sau filialele locale ale acestora vor defalca pe regii autonome de interes local si alti agenti economici care furnizeaza agent termic la populatie valoarea stocurilor prevazute a se constitui la nivelul judetelor, in conformitate cu "Programul energetic pentru anul 1995".
