    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    ARTICOL UNIC
    Se aproba prelungirea termenului de intrare in vigoare a contractului de vanzare-cumparare de actiuni dintre Fondul Proprietatii de Stat si Bell Helicopter Textron privind actiunile detinute la Societatea Comerciala "I.A.R." - S.A. Ghimbav - Brasov pana la data de 30 august 1999. Simultan Fondul Proprietatii de Stat va initia negocieri si cu alti investitori pentru a realiza tranzactia in termenul mai sus stabilit.
