privind modificarea Hotararii Guvernului nr. 1.621/2003 pentru organizarea si functionarea Institutului National de Cercetare-Dezvoltare in Informatica - ICI Bucuresti

    In temeiul art. 108 din Constitutia Romaniei, republicata, si al art. 10 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 213/1998 privind proprietatea publica si regimul juridic al acesteia, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare,

    Guvernul Romaniei adopta prezenta hotarare.

    ARTICOL UNIC
    Hotararea Guvernului nr. 1.621/2003 pentru organizarea si functionarea Institutului National de Cercetare-Dezvoltare in Informatica - ICI Bucuresti, publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 56 din 23 ianuarie 2004, se modifica dupa cum urmeaza:
    1. Articolul 5 va avea urmatorul cuprins:
    "Art. 5
    (1) Se aproba trecerea din domeniul public al statului in domeniul privat al statului a constructiilor, anexelor si a terenului aferent, aflate in administrarea Institutului National de Cercetare-Dezvoltare in Informatica - ICI Bucuresti, situate in municipiul Bucuresti, bd. Maresal Alexandru Averescu nr. 8 - 10, sectorul 1, precum si a imobilului - apartament de 3 camere, situat in municipiul Ramnicu Valcea, str. Ferdinand nr. 24, bl. O7, sc. B, parter, ap. 2, judetul Valcea, aflat in administrarea Institutului National de Cercetare-Dezvoltare in Informatica - ICI Bucuresti, imobile identificate potrivit anexei nr. 1.
    (2) Se aproba trecerea din domeniul privat al statului in proprietatea Institutului National de Cercetare-Dezvoltare in Informatica - ICI Bucuresti, cu titlu gratuit, a imobilelor prevazute la alin. (1)."
    2. Anexa nr. 1 se modifica si se inlocuieste cu anexa care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.
