    Magistratii, judecatori si procurori, desemnati, prin tragere la sorti, ca membri ai birourilor electorale de circumscriptie, au obligatia de serviciu de a se prezenta si de a-si desfasura activitatea la birourile electorale, fiind considerati detasati pe perioada alegerilor locale, conform prevederilor art. 99 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 70/1991*).
    Absenta nejustificata a persoanelor mentionate mai sus se sanctioneaza potrivit Legii nr. 70/1991.
    In conformitate cu dispozitiile art. 30 alin. (5) din aceeasi lege, aceasta hotarare urmeaza sa fie publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei.
