HOTARARE   Nr. 8 din 23 februarie 1998

pentru modificarea Hotararii Camerei Deputatilor nr. 31/1997 privind bugetul de venituri si cheltuieli al Camerei Deputatilor pe anul 1998

ACT EMIS DE: ADUNAREA(CAMERA) DEPUTATILOR

ACT PUBLICAT IN: MONITORUL OFICIAL  NR. 89 din 25 februarie 1998

    In temeiul art. 61 alin. (1) si al art. 64 din Constitutia Romaniei, precum si al art. 206 din Regulamentul Camerei Deputatilor, republicat,

    Camera Deputatilor adopta prezenta hotarare.

    Art. 1
    Fata de prevederile din Hotararea Camerei Deputatilor nr. 31 din 29 septembrie 1997, cheltuielile curente ale Camerei Deputatilor se majoreaza cu suma de 15.216.156 mii lei.
    ART 2.
    Denumirea obiectivului de investitii "Hotelul Parlamentului" din cuprinsul Hotararii Camerei Deputatilor nr. 31/1997 se modifica in "Complex cazare deputati".
    Art. 3
    Anexele nr. 1, 2 si 3 la Hotararea Camerei Deputatilor nr. 31/1997, modificate conform art. 1 si 2 din prezenta hotarare, vor fi inaintate Guvernului, in vederea includerii lor in bugetul de stat pe anul 1998.

    Aceasta hotarare a fost adoptata, de Camera Deputatilor in sedinta din 23 februarie 1998, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 74 alin. (2) din Constitutia Romaniei.
