privind modul de decontare a lucrarilor de constructii-montaj catre antreprenorii romani la Krivoi Rog - Ucraina

    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    Decontarea in tara a lucrarilor de constructii-montaj realizate la Combinatul minier Krivoi Rog - Ucraina de catre Societatea Comerciala "Arcom" - S.A. si Societatea Comerciala "Arcif" - S.A., in calitate de antreprenori, se face pe baza "situatiilor de lucrari executate", intocmite pe categorii de lucrari si "a certificatelor trimestriale" confirmate de beneficiarul ucrainean.
    Evaluarea in lei a lucrarilor executate se va face la cursul oficial de schimb al dolarului din ultima zi a trimestrului expirat pentru care se face plata, pe baza metodologiei de decontare ce se va elabora de catre Ministerul Lucrarilor Publice si Amenajarii Teritoriului in termen de 30 de zile de la publicarea prezentei hotarari in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei.
    Art. 2
    Din sumele cuvenite la plata, ordonatorul principal de credite va retine o garantie de buna executie de 10% determinata in conformitate cu prevederile Ordonantei Guvernului nr. 12/1993 privind achizitiile publice.
    Art. 3
    Societatea Comerciala "Arcom" - S.A. si Societatea Comerciala "Arcif" - S.A. vor intocmi bilant contabil distinct pentru activitatea economica desfasurata la Combinatul minier Krivoi Rog - Ucraina.
    Art. 4
    Se deconteaza maximum 8% cheltuieli generale de administratie si maximum 7% profitul pentru activitatea desfasurata la Krivoi Rog - Ucraina de catre Societatea Comerciala "Arcom" - S.A. si Societatea Comerciala "Arcif" - S.A.
