Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege.ARTICOL UNIC Se aprobă Ordonanţa Guvernului nr. 26 din 29 august 2016 pentru modificarea art. 9 din Ordonanţa de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 25/2014 privind unele măsuri pentru diminuarea arieratelor bugetare ale unor operatori economici din industria de apărare şi reglementarea altor măsuri fiscal-bugetare, adoptată în temeiul art. 1 pct. I.4 din Legea nr. 123/2016 privind abilitarea Guvernului de a emite ordonanţe şi publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 668 din 31 august 2016. Această lege a fost adoptată de Parlamentul României, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 75 şi ale art. 76 alin. (2) din Constituţia României, republicată. p.
