ACT PUBLICAT IN: MONITORUL OFICIAL  NR. 228 din 25 martie 2008



Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege.

Articol unic. - La articolul 258 din Codul penal al României, republicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 65 din 16 aprilie 1997, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, după alineatul 1 se introduce un nou alineat, alineatul 2, cu următorul cuprins:

„In cazul prevăzut la alin. 1, pentru faptele prevăzute la art. 246, 247 şi 250 alin. 1-4, acţiunea penală se pune în mişcare la plângerea prealabilă a persoanei vătămate, cu excepţia acelora care au fost săvârşite de o persoană dintre cele prevăzute la art. 147 alin. 1."

Această lege a fost adoptată de Parlamentul României, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 75 şi ale art. 76 alin. (1) din Constituţia României, republicată.
