    Parlamentul Romaniei adopta prezenta lege.

    ARTICOL UNIC
    Articolul 14 din Legea privatizarii societatilor comerciale nr. 58/1991, publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 169 din 16 august 1991, se modifica si va avea urmatorul cuprins:
    "Art. 14
    Fondurile Proprietatii Private isi vor desfasura activitatea ca societati comerciale pe actiuni, in conditiile prevazute de prezenta lege si de Legea nr. 31/1990, pana la data intrarii in vigoare a legii privind transformarea acestor fonduri in societati de investitii financiare, dar nu mai tarziu de 31 octombrie 1996."

    Aceasta lege a fost adoptata de Senat in sedinta din 25 iunie 1996, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 74 alin. (1) din Constitutia Romaniei.
