In temeiul prevederilor Ordonanţei de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 23/2004 privind stabilirea unor măsuri de reorganizare a Autorităţii pentru Valorificarea Activelor Bancare prin comasarea prin absorbţie cu Autoritatea pentru Privatizare şi Administrarea Participaţiilor Statului, aprobată cu completări prin Legea nr. 360/2004, cu modificările ulterioare, şi ale art. 16 alin. (6) din Legea nr. 137/2002 privind unele măsuri pentru accelerarea privatizării, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,

preşedintele Autorităţii pentru Valorificarea Activelor Statului emite prezentul ordin.

Articol unic. - Procedura de administrare specială la Societatea Comercială „SIMPAS" - S.A. Alexandria, cu sediul în municipiul Alexandria, Str. 1 Mai nr. 107, judeţul Teleorman, înmatriculată la oficiul registrului comerţului sub nr. J34/5/1991, instituită prin Ordinul preşedintelui Autorităţii pentru Valorificarea Activelor Statului nr. 9.512/2007, încetează de la data publicării prezentului ordin în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I.
