Potrivit Hotărârii Consiliului Comisiei de Supraveghere a Asigurărilor din data de 14 decembrie 2010, prin care s-au adoptat Normele privind autorizarea brokerilor de asigurare şi/sau de reasigurare,în temeiul prevederilor art. 4 alin. (26) şi (27), ale art. 5 lit. b), ale art. 8 alin. (1) şi ale art. 35 şi 36 din Legea nr. 32/2000 privind activitatea de asigurare şi supravegherea asigurărilor, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,preşedintele Comisiei de Supraveghere a Asigurărilor emite următorul ordin: Articolul 1


(1) Se pun în aplicare Normele privind autorizarea brokerilor de asigurare şi/sau de reasigurare, precum şi condiţiile de menţinere a acesteia, prevăzute în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezentul ordin.
(2) Normele intră în vigoare la data publicării lor în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I. Articolul 2La data intrării în vigoare a prezentului ordin se abrogă: a)Ordinul preşedintelui Comisiei de Supraveghere a Asigurărilor nr. 3.110/2004 pentru punerea în aplicare a Normelor privind autorizarea brokerilor de asigurare şi/sau de reasigurare, publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 1.243 din 23 decembrie 2004; b)Ordinul preşedintelui Comisiei de Supraveghere a Asigurărilor nr. 3.101/2005 pentru modificarea Normelor privind autorizarea brokerilor de asigurare şi/sau de reasigurare, puse în aplicare prin Ordinul preşedintelui Comisiei de Supraveghere a Asigurărilor nr. 3.110/2004, publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 65 din 19 ianuarie 2005.

Articolul 3Brokerii de asigurare şi/sau de reasigurare, precum şi direcţiile de specialitate din cadrul Comisiei de Supraveghere a Asigurărilor vor asigura ducerea la îndeplinire a prevederilor prezentului ordin.Preşedintele Comisiei de Supraveghere a Asigurărilor, Angela Toncescu ANEXĂ Normele privind autorizarea brokerilor de asigurare şi/sau de reasigurare, precum şi condiţiile de menţinere a acesteia
