Pentru aplicarea prevederilor dispoziţiilor art. 32 alin. (3) din Legea nr. 346/2006 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Apărării Naţionale, cu modificările ulterioare,în temeiul prevederilor art. 33 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 346/2006, cu modificările ulterioare,ministrul apărării naţionale emite prezentul ordin. Articolul 1Se deleagă şefului Statului Major General competenţa îndeplinirii atribuţiilor aflate, potrivit legii, în responsabilitatea ministrului apărării naţionale, referitoare la desfăşurarea activităţii Companiei Române de Aviaţie „Romavia“ - R.A. Articolul 2La data intrării în vigoare a prezentului ordin se abrogă Ordinul ministrului apărării naţionale nr. M.41/2009 privind funcţionarea Companiei Române de Aviaţie „Romavia“ - R.A. în subordinea nemijlocită a ministrului apărării naţionale, publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 238 din 9 aprilie 2009. Articolul 3Prezentul ordin se publică în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I. Ministrul apărării naţionale, Gabriel Oprea
