In temeiul prevederilor art. 4 din Ordonanţa de urgenţă
a Guvernului nr. 149/2001 privind instituirea Tarifului intern de călători în
transportul feroviar, aprobată cu modificări şi completări prin Legea nr.
299/2002, cu modificările ulterioare, şi ale art. 5 alin. (4) din Hotărârea
Guvernului nr. 367/2007 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului
Transporturilor, cu modificările ulterioare,
ministrul transporturilor emite următorul ordin:
Art. I. - Secţiunea B.6 „Tarife
abonamente" din anexa nr. 2 la Ordinul ministrului transporturilor nr. 792/2007 pentru aprobarea
tarifelor în transportul feroviar public de călători, publicat în Monitorul
Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 603 din 31 august 2007, se înlocuieşte cu secţiunea B.6
„Tarife abonamente",
prevăzută în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezentul ordin.
Art. II. - Prezentul ordin se
publică în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, şi intră în vigoare începând cu data de 10 martie 2008.
