Având în vedere prevederile art. III alin. (4) din Ordonanţa de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 63/2010 pentru modificarea şi completarea Legii nr. 273/2006 privind finanţele publice locale, precum şi pentru stabilirea unor măsuri financiare, aprobată cu modificări şi completări prin Legea nr. 13/2011,în temeiul prevederilor art. 7 alin. (4) din Ordonanţa de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 30/2007 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Administraţiei şi Internelor, aprobată cu modificări prin Legea nr. 15/2008, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, şi ale art. 10 alin. (4) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 34/2009 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Finanţelor Publice, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,ministrul administraţiei şi internelor şi ministrul finanţelor publice emit următorul ordin: Articolul INivelul maxim al cheltuielilor de personal aferent bugetului general centralizat al unităţilor administrativ-teritoriale pe anul 2011, prevăzut în anexa la Ordinul ministrului administraţiei şi internelor şi al ministrului finanţelor publice nr. 7/57/2011, publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 41 din 17 ianuarie 2011, cu modificările ulterioare, pentru unele judeţe şi municipiul Bucureşti se modifică conform anexei care face parte integrantă din prezentul ordin. Articolul IIRepartizarea pe unităţi/subdiviziuni administrativ-teritoriale a nivelului maxim al cheltuielilor de personal aferent bugetului general centralizat al unităţilor administrativ-teritoriale se face de către direcţiile generale ale finanţelor publice judeţene şi a municipiului Bucureşti, cu informarea Ministerului Finanţelor Publice şi a Ministerului Administraţiei şi Internelor.
