    In conformitate cu prevederile art. 11 alin. (1) si ale art. 19 alin. (2) din Hotararea Guvernului nr. 439/2003 privind stabilirea conditiilor de introducere pe piata a ascensoarelor,
    in temeiul Hotararii Guvernului nr. 738/2003 privind organizarea si functionarea Ministerului Economiei si Comertului,

    ministrul economiei si comertului emite urmatorul ordin:

    Art. 1
    Se aproba Lista organismelor recunoscute care efectueaza evaluarea conformitatii ascensoarelor, prevazuta in anexa care face parte integranta din prezentul ordin.
    Art. 2
    Se abroga Ordinul ministrului industriei si resurselor nr. 653/2002 privind aprobarea listei organismelor notificate care efectueaza evaluarea conformitatii ascensoarelor, publicat in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 957 din 27 decembrie 2002.
    Art. 3
    Prezentul ordin se publica in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I.
