    Presedintele Comisiei de Supraveghere a Asigurarilor,
    in temeiul prevederilor art. 4 alin. (19) din Legea nr. 32/2000 privind societatile de asigurare si supravegherea asigurarilor,
    in conformitate cu dispozitiile art. 3 din Ordinul presedintelui Comisiei de Supraveghere a Asigurarilor nr. 2/2002 pentru punerea in aplicare a Normelor privind stabilirea criteriilor de selectie pentru agrearea persoanelor juridice autorizate in evaluarea activelor societatilor de asigurare,
    potrivit Hotararii Consiliului Comisiei de Supraveghere a Asigurarilor din data de 11 iunie 2002, prin care s-au aprobat persoanele juridice autorizate in evaluarea activelor societatilor de asigurare agreate de Comisia de Supraveghere a Asigurarilor in baza indeplinirii criteriilor de selectie prevazute la art. 1 din Ordinul presedintelui Comisiei de Supraveghere a Asigurarilor nr. 2/2002,
    emite urmatorul ordin:

    Art. 1
    Se aproba Lista oficiala cuprinzand persoanele juridice autorizate in evaluarea activelor societatilor de asigurare, agreate de Comisia de Supraveghere a Asigurarilor in conformitate cu prevederile art. 1 din Ordinul presedintelui Comisiei de Supraveghere a Asigurarilor nr. 2/2002 pentru punerea in aplicare a Normelor privind stabilirea criteriilor de selectie pentru agrearea persoanelor juridice autorizate in evaluarea activelor societatilor de asigurare, prevazuta in anexa care face parte integranta din prezentul ordin.
    Art. 2
    Agrearea acordata de Comisia de Supraveghere a Asigurarilor persoanelor juridice prevazute la art. 1 este valabila pentru perioada 1 iulie 2002 - 30 iunie 2003.
    Art. 3
    Secretariatul tehnic al Comisiei de Supraveghere a Asigurarilor va asigura aducerea la indeplinire a prevederilor prezentului ordin.
