privind aprobarea tarifelor pentru prestarea unor servicii

     Avand in vedere prevederile:
     - Ordonantei de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 2/2001 pentru stabilirea unor masuri privind infiintarea, organizarea/reorganizarea sau functionarea, dupa caz, a unor ministere, organe de specialitate ale administratiei publice centrale si institutii publice, aprobata cu modificari prin Legea nr. 233/2001, cu modificarile ulterioare, coroborate cu Ordonanta de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 64/2003 pentru stabilirea unor masuri privind infiintarea, organizarea, reorganizarea sau functionarea unor structuri din cadrul aparatului de lucru al Guvernului, a ministerelor, a altor organe de specialitate ale administratiei publice centrale si a unor institutii publice, aprobata cu modificari prin Legea nr. 194/2004, cu modificarile ulterioare;
     - Ordonantei de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 190/2000 privind regimul metalelor pretioase, aliajelor acestora si pietrelor pretioase in Romania, republicata, cu modificarile ulterioare;
     - Hotararii Guvernului nr. 755/2003 privind organizarea si functionarea Autoritatii Nationale pentru Protectia Consumatorilor, cu modificarile ulterioare;
     - Hotararii Guvernului nr. 633/2003 privind infiintarea pe langa Autoritatea Nationala pentru Protectia Consumatorilor a unei activitati finantate din venituri proprii,
     in temeiul art. 4 alin. (4) din Hotararea Guvernului nr. 755/2003, cu modificarile ulterioare,
    
     presedintele Autoritatii Nationale pentru Protectia Consumatorilor emite urmatorul ordin:
    
     ARTICOL UNIC
     Se aproba tarifele, prevazute in anexa la prezentul ordin, pentru prestarea unor servicii de catre personalul Directiei metale pretioase si pietre pretioase din cadrul Autoritatii Nationale pentru Protectia Consumatorilor, la cererea persoanelor fizice si juridice interesate.
