Având în vedere prevederile art. 4 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 153/2008 privind efectuarea recensământului general agricol din România,

în temeiul prevederilor art. 7 alin. (4) din Ordonanţa de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 30/2007 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Internelor şi Reformei Administrative, aprobată cu modificări prin Legea nr. 15/2008,

ministrul internelor şi reformei administrative emite prezentul ordin.

Art. 1. - Se desemnează, ca reprezentanţi în cadrul Comisiei Centrale pentru Recensământul Agricol, din partea Ministerului   Internelor şi   Reformei Administrative,   domnii secretari de stat Paul Victor Dobre, în calitate de vicepreşedinte, şi Marian Petrache, în calitate de membru.

Art. 2. - Prezentul ordin se publică în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I.
