Având în vedere Referatul de aprobare al Direcţiei generale buget-finanţe şi fonduri europene din Ministerul Agriculturii şi Dezvoltării Rurale nr. 121.414 din 17 ianuarie 2012,în conformitate cu prevederile art. 7 alin. (5) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 725/2010 privind reorganizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Agriculturii şi Dezvoltării Rurale, precum şi a unor structuri aflate în subordinea acestuia, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,în temeiul prevederilor art. 5 din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 11/2012 privind reglementarea unor măsuri financiare temporare pentru stimularea gradului de absorbţie a fondurilor alocate pentru agricultură aferente schemelor de plăţi directe şi pentru măsuri de piaţă în agricultură,ministrul agriculturii şi dezvoltării rurale emite prezentul ordin. Articolul 1Se aprobă Normele metodologice de aplicare a Hotărârii Guvernului nr. 11/2012 privind reglementarea unor măsuri financiare temporare pentru stimularea gradului de absorbţie a fondurilor alocate pentru agricultură aferente schemelor de plăţi directe şi pentru măsuri de piaţă în agricultură, prevăzute în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezentul ordin. Articolul 2Prezentul ordin se publică în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I. p.
