privind stabilirea tarifelor reglementate pentru prestarea serviciului de distributie si aprobarea preturilor pentru furnizarea reglementata a gazelor naturale realizate de Societatea Comerciala "Vega 93" - S.R.L.

    Avand in vedere dispozitiile art. 100 alin. (1) lit. b) din Legea gazelor nr. 351/2004, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare,
    in temeiul prevederilor art. 10 alin. (4) si (5) si ale art. 99 din Legea nr. 351/2004, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare,

    presedintele Autoritatii Nationale de Reglementare in Domeniul Gazelor Naturale emite prezentul ordin.

    Art. 1
    Se stabilesc venitul reglementat unitar si venitul total unitar aferente serviciului de distributie a gazelor naturale realizat de Societatea Comerciala "Vega 93" - S.R.L. si se aproba coeficientii elementelor generatoare de costuri, conform lit. a) din anexa nr. 1 care face parte integranta din prezentul ordin.
    Art. 2
    Se stabilesc venitul reglementat unitar si venitul total unitar aferente serviciului de furnizare a gazelor naturale in regim reglementat realizat de Societatea Comerciala "Vega 93" - S.R.L., conform lit. b) din anexa nr. 1.
    Art. 3
    (1) Se stabileste tariful reglementat pentru prestarea serviciului de distributie a gazelor naturale realizat de Societatea Comerciala "Vega 93" - S.R.L., prevazut in anexa nr. 2 care face parte integranta din prezentul ordin.
    (2) Tariful reglementat prevazut la alin. 1 se aplica tertilor, beneficiari ai serviciului de distributie a gazelor naturale, din localitatile in care Societatea Comerciala "Vega 93" - S.R.L. detine licenta de distributie a gazelor naturale.
    (3) Tariful reglementat prevazut la alin. (1) nu contine T.V.A.
    Art. 4
    (1) Se aproba preturile finale reglementate pentru furnizarea gazelor naturale in regim reglementat realizata de Societatea Comerciala "Vega 93" - S.R.L., prevazute in anexa nr. 3 care face parte integranta din prezentul ordin.
    (2) Preturile finale reglementate prevazute la alin. (1) se aplica consumatorilor captivi din localitatile in care Societatea Comerciala "Vega 93" - S.R.L. detine licenta de distributie si de furnizare a gazelor naturale.
    (3) Preturile finale reglementate prevazute la alin. (1) nu contin T.V.A.
    Art. 5
    Autoritatea Nationala de Reglementare in Domeniul Gazelor Naturale si Societatea Comerciala "Vega 93" - S.R.L. vor duce la indeplinire prevederile prezentului ordin.
    Art. 6
    Prezentul ordin va fi publicat in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, si va intra in vigoare la 15 zile de la publicare.
