În anexa nr. 1 „Completări la inventarul bunurilor care aparţin domeniului public al comunei Baru“ la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 246/2012 pentru modificarea şi completarea unor anexe la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.352/2001 privind atestarea domeniului public al judeţului Hunedoara, precum şi al municipiilor, oraşelor şi comunelor din judeţul Hunedoara, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 230 din 5 aprilie 2012, se face următoarea rectificare:

– la secţiunea I „Bunuri imobile“, după poziţia nr. 241 se va citi poziţia nr. 242, cu următorul cuprins:
