ACT PUBLICAT IN: MONITORUL OFICIAL  NR. 263 din 22 aprilie 2010



La Ordinul ministrului justitiei nr. 622/C/2010 privind aprobarea normelor metodologice pentru aplicarea în sistemul administratiei penitenciare a dispozitiilor Legii-cadru nr. 330/2009 privind salarizarea unitara a personalului platit din fonduri publice, publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 152 din 9 martie 2010, se fac următoarele rectificări (care nu aparţin Redacţiei „Monitorul Oficial, Partea I"):

-  la formula introductivă, în loc de: „...prevederile art. 39 din Legea-cadru nr. 330/2009..." se va citi: „...prevederile art. 39 din anexa nr. IV la Legea-cadru nr. 330/2009...";

- la anexa nr. II, în titlul capitolului VII, în loc de: „Salarizarea funcţionarilor publici..." se va citi: „Salarizarea funcţionarilor publici cu statut special...".
