    Consiliul de administratie al Fondului de garantare a depozitelor in sistemul bancar aduce la cunostinta lista cuprinzand bancile ai caror deponenti persoane fizice beneficiaza de garantarea rambursarii depozitelor constituite la acestea, in conditiile si in limitele prevazute de Ordonanta Guvernului nr. 39/1996, publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 206 din 30 august 1996, aprobata si modificata prin Legea nr. 88/1997, publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 107 din 30 mai 1997, modificata si completata prin Ordonanta de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 110/1999, publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 313 din 30 iunie 1999, modificata prin Ordonanta de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 20 din 23 martie 2000, publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 129 din 28 martie 2000:

    Fondul de garantare a depozitelor in sistemul bancar garanteaza, in conditiile si in limitele prevazute de lege, depozitele constituite de persoanele fizice la Banca "Columna" - S.A. pana la data cand a fost sanctionata cu interzicerea efectuarii de operatiuni privind primirea de depozite de la persoane fizice, existente in sold la data de 28 iunie 2000 cand a intrat in vigoare hotararea Bancii Nationale a Romaniei de retragere a autorizatiei de functionare a Bancii "Columna" - S.A.
    Prezenta lista cuprinzand bancile ai caror deponenti persoane fizice beneficiaza de garantarea depozitelor constituite la acestea inlocuieste lista publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 196 din 5 mai 2000.
