    In conformitate cu dispozitiile art. 29 din Legea audiovizualului nr. 48/1992,

    Consiliul National al Audiovizualului decide:

    Art. 1
    Avand in vedere nesolicitarea eliberarii avizului tehnic prealabil in termenul prevazut la art. 22 alin. (3) din Legea audiovizualului nr. 48/1992, se sting drepturile rezultate din licentele de emisie pentru radiodifuziune/televiziune distribuita prin cablu, dupa cum urmeaza:
